Shipping & Returns



For defective or damaged products, please contact us here with information about your order to discuss a refund or exchange. 

We now offer two options for returns:

1. SEEL: If you purchased Seel Return Assurance for eligible items in your order, please use the Seel Return Portal to return your eligible items.  You can learn more about the Seel Return Assurance policy here. All items purchased with Seel are able to be returned for a refund.

2. RE:DO: If you purchased re:do at checkout, you can return all eligible items with the Re:do Return Portal. All items purchased with re:do are eligible for store credit, unless they were a Calico Clearance purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and tags still attached. They also must be free of pet hair, odor, etc. Your return order must be shipped within 14 days of receipt of the items.



We ship to any address in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, for a rate based on the total weight of your order. This rate ranges from $5.95 to $9.95. All orders over $100 ship FREE! We also ship to Canada for a price that is calculated at checkout, based on the weight of the items you are purchasing.

When you place an order, we do our best to ship your items within two business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking information, and you should receive your items within 2-4 days from placing your order. 


Due to processing fees, we only allow cancellation of orders with a 15% restocking fee.  Please be sure that you are ready to purchase your items and your cart total is correct when you place your orders.
